4. Proofs & Approval

   • You are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs before printing.

   • Fapit Printing is not liable for errors in approved proofs.

REFUND POLICY

Because all Fapit Printing products are custom-made, we follow these guidelines:

1. Custom Orders

   • All sales are final once printing has begun.

2. Defects or Errors

   • If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

   • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging for review.

   • If confirmed, we will reprint or refund your order.

3. Non-Returnable Items

   • Personalized, customized, or clearance items cannot be returned.

4. Shipping Costs

   • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
